Soika Labs, based in Dubai, has launched early access to Mockingjay Network, a proprietary “agentic AI” platform it says is designed to help companies deploy specialised AI agents for workflow automation and business operations.

In a statement issued on 26 October 2026, the company said early access users receive 5,000 complimentary credits to build and host agents that it describes as part of a wider public agent network.

Global agent-to-agent communication

Soika Labs said Mockingjay Network connects participating AI agents through what it calls the Global Agentic Neural Network (GANN), allowing agents from different companies to communicate and collaborate toward shared objectives.

The company also tied the UAE rollout to the UAE’s National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, saying the initiative is part of a broader push for the adoption of AI in ways that deliver “measurable operational value.”

Claims about routing, automation and business use cases

According to Soika Labs, Mockingjay Network is an “Agentic OS for business” intended to move operations into what it describes as agent-driven workflows.

The platform, the company said, combines aggregated large language model offerings with what it characterises as intelligent auto-routing, directing tasks to what it says is the most suitable model. Soika Labs also claimed the system can save users up to 70% in credits, noting this as a performance and cost claim from the company.

The release outlined several business scenarios:

  • Marketing: Soika Labs described a “Mockingbird orchestrator” for campaign planning and coordination across channels such as social media, online advertising, events, PR and websites, adding that a campaign could move “from brief to live” in 14 days rather than an 11-week timeline.
  • Procurement: the company said one enquiry can be distributed to 12 suppliers in parallel, with quotes ranked and normalised across currency, incoterm and lead time, followed by contract and compliance checks.
  • Real estate: it said the model can be used to prepare and publish listings, qualify enquiries, schedule viewings and assemble documentation, alongside sales and customer relations.

Permissions and human oversight

Soika Labs said businesses can set permissions, access levels and approval points within Mockingjay Network, aiming to keep “human oversight” in place as more tasks are handled autonomously.

CEO comments and timeline

In comments included with the announcement, Enzo Amur, CEO of Soika Labs, said the early access phase is intended to let businesses experience the technology while giving the company insight into how customers want to use it. He also added that UAE has an environment for developing and scaling advanced AI and suggested businesses in the region could be at the forefront of agentic AI adoption in everyday operations.

Soika Labs said the early access phase is for UAE residents and is planned to run ahead of a wider launch in December, with the company stating it wants to understand both integration practices and readiness for inter-company cooperation via agents.
