Web3 Digital provides custom services tailored to each client. The scope, timelines, and pricing of each project will be agreed upon in a written proposal or contract.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially if we suspect unethical use or abuse of our services.
4. Payments

5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created by Web3 Digital as part of a project remains the property of Web3 Digital until full payment is received.
Once full payment is made, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables will be transferred to the client. Web3 Digital reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

Ensure they have the rights to use any materials (e.g., logos, photos) provided to us.

Respond to communications promptly to avoid delays.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
We include a set number of revisions in most of our service packages. Any additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and affect delivery timelines.
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
Some of our services may include the integration or use of third-party tools (e.g., APIs, plugins, and analytics platforms). Web3 Digital is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or changes made by third-party services.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any confidential information shared with us during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent unless required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Web3 Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service with written notice. In case of early termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
