EnterPay has joined The Circle ecosystem, with the platform bringing what it says is expertise in digital asset payments to a community of founders, investors, mentors and strategic partners.
In a statement, The Circle said the partnership is intended to support EnterPay’s next stage of growth and connect the team with relevant expertise across the broader ecosystem.
Software aimed at digital asset spending at point of purchase
EnterPay describes its core product as software that helps merchants accept digital assets while keeping the payment experience familiar. According to the announcement, the system is designed so that merchants do not manage the conversion, compliance and settlement process themselves.
The company says its model involves a software layer for merchants, while licensed partners handle conversion, compliance and settlement. It also states the platform is non-custodial, meaning it does not hold customer or merchant funds.
The announcement frames the use case around consumers spending digital assets for everyday purchases such as hotel stays, luxury items and paid experiences. It adds that without tools to accept digital assets, purchases may require an additional step through an exchange or may not happen at all.
Where the product would be used
EnterPay lists multiple ways merchants can add digital asset acceptance, including:
- In-venue point of sale for physical locations
- Mobile POS for teams that need flexible checkout options
- Payment links for remote purchases and bookings
- An API for platforms and operators integrating acceptance into their own products
- A WooCommerce plugin to accept crypto on stores
- A Shopify plugin, described as ready pending Shopify approval
The statement says the platform is already live in production, with settlement into local bank accounts in more than 100 countries through licensed partners.
Plans for a wider payments and rewards stack
Beyond acceptance, EnterPay says it is preparing additional features. The company states it is raising US$1.5 million in a seed round to support the next phase, including expansion into spending, loyalty and what it describes as AI-powered commerce.
Key development priorities listed include:
- EnterPay Card: a planned Visa debit card programme that the announcement says would let merchants spend settled revenue directly, with customers loading digital assets for spending through licensed issuing partners
- Loyalty engine: a proposed system for cashback and tiered rewards across the merchant network
EnterPay also states it is developing AI capabilities aimed at automating merchant back-office tasks, optimising payment conversion and routing, and supporting transactions initiated by AI agents.
Where EnterPay operates
The company says it operates through entities in Estonia and Dubai. Its leadership and advisors, as described by the announcement, include experience across payments, scalable technology and luxury travel, alongside academic and industry roles.
With its entry into The Circle, the announcement says additional discussions may follow around hospitality and luxury digital asset acceptance, potential platform integrations and opportunities for investors to learn more about EnterPay’s seed round and growth plans.
