Infobip brought together its regional partner ecosystem at Dubai Partner Day 2026 to discuss how businesses in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) can apply AI capabilities to customer engagement in ways that reflect local market needs.
The event took place at Bab Al Shams in Dubai on 3 November 2026, according to Infobip. Infobip said the programme gathered technology leaders, agencies and partners to examine how AI in customer engagement is evolving, and to focus on moving from AI experimentation toward practical, measurable customer experiences.
Infobip noted that as organizations across MENA accelerate AI adoption, companies must address differences in customer expectations, languages, industries and regulatory environments. The company said collaboration with regional partners can help identify relevant use cases, respond to customer challenges and translate AI innovation into business value.
Infobip and partners focus on local expertise
Zeid Shubailat, Sales Director MENA at Infobip, said in a statement that AI transformation in customer engagement requires more than technology. He emphasized that understanding local markets and industry-specific challenges is also necessary, adding that partners play a role in combining Infobip’s AI-powered technology with market expertise and customer insights.
Infobip also featured a keynote from Tamer Elhamy, Executive Director at Microsoft Middle East and Africa. He said AI is reshaping customer engagement by creating opportunities for “intelligent” and “hyper-personalized” experiences, and that the focus is shifting toward delivering business impact in a governed and secure way. Elhamy added that pairing scalable platforms with industry expertise and a partner ecosystem is important for meeting changing customer expectations.
AgentOS demonstration and joint use-case workshop
Infobip said it demonstrated AgentOS, describing the platform as an approach that can connect AI agents, customer data, journey orchestration, human support and communication channels to create connected customer experiences across multiple channels.
Following the presentations, the company said partners took part in a “Build the Opportunity” workshop. Infobip reported that participants prioritized real-world business needs and worked to develop joint AI use cases, with the goal of identifying commercial opportunities and solutions for industry challenges in the region.
Infobip stated that Dubai Partner Day 2026 is part of its Regional Partner Days programme and said the event reinforced its commitment to strengthening its regional ecosystem and supporting customer-focused AI adoption.
