Ti22 Films, a UAE-based production company, will launch Mission Visible Teams, a structured leadership development programme for corporate teams, on 6 November 2026 at Omic Cultural Hub in Dubai.
The company said the programme is designed to help CEOs, leaders and executives build a more visible, credible public presence. Ti22’s announcement describes the initiative as combining thought leadership mentorship, personal branding and media training.
In its statement, Ti22 said that leadership visibility is becoming more central to corporate reputation, citing research by Edelman and LinkedIn that found 64% of business decision-makers trust thought leadership more than traditional marketing.
Focus on executive communication
According to Ti22, Mission Visible Teams aims to address what it calls a gap between executives’ expertise and their public visibility beyond their own organisations. The company said the programme uses one-to-one mentorship and hands-on media training to support leaders in defining what they stand for and communicating their expertise.
Ti22 said the programme is an extension of its earlier Mission Visible offering, which it described as training CEOs and senior leaders to communicate with confidence. The company attributed the new teams-focused version to its experience “behind the camera,” producing content for global brands, government entities and broadcasters.
Launch event includes keynote and executive discussion
Ti22’s complimentary launch event, described as bringing together CEOs, senior business leaders, HR Directors and Communications Directors, will include:
- An introduction to Mission Visible Teams and how the programme works
- A keynote titled “visibility in B2B”, delivered by a LinkedIn spokesperson
- A discussion featuring Reim El Houni, CEO of Ti22 Films, and Hussein Wehbi, Executive Managing Director of SeaFrigo
