Axe Compute Inc. said it is relocating its corporate headquarters from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Miami, Florida, as it expands its enterprise AI infrastructure operations.

In a press release dated Oct. 29, 2026, the company (NASDAQ: AGPU) said the new headquarters address will be 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 510, Miami, FL 33131. Axe Compute described the move as a way to strengthen its presence in a major business hub and improve proximity to strategic partners, investors and global business relationships.

Why Miami

According to the company, Miami offers international connectivity, access to capital and a growing technology ecosystem, which it said can serve as a base for worldwide operations. Axe Compute also linked the relocation to attracting and retaining talent, and said the city’s tax treatment for corporations and individuals is favorable.

Christopher Miglino, Chief Executive Officer of Axe Compute, said in the release that Miami has become one of the fastest-growing centers for finance and technology in the United States and described it as a gateway for international business. He added that being in Miami would bring the company closer to partners and place it at the intersection of capital and talent for building what he called the next generation of AI infrastructure.

Company’s AI infrastructure focus

The company characterized its platform as a “neocloud AI infrastructure” offering dedicated enterprise GPU compute capacity at global scale. Axe Compute said it provides design, deployment, ownership and operation of large-scale, dedicated AI infrastructure worldwide, and that the service is supported by enterprise-grade service-level agreements and operational expertise.

In the announcement, Axe Compute also highlighted flexibility across hardware, geography and deployment models, stating that it is built on the premise that AI innovation should not be constrained by hardware choice or availability.

Forward-looking statements

The press release included standard forward-looking statements language, noting that plans and expectations about the headquarters relocation, operations and growth could be subject to risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ. It also said the company is not obligated to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
