Huawei has announced the launch of the HUAWEI WATCH D3 in the UAE, positioning the device as a multi-scenario blood pressure monitoring smartwatch. The company said the WATCH D3 is available for pre-order until 28 October 2026 in the UAE.
In a press release dated 25 October 2026, Huawei said the WATCH D3 is designed for what it describes as long-term blood pressure management, combining blood pressure monitoring with measurement reminders and health-management features.
CE Medical Device certification claims
Huawei stated that the WATCH D3 has received CE Medical Device certification for resting blood pressure measurement, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), and pre- and post-exercise monitoring.
How Huawei says the monitoring works
Huawei described a mechanical airbag system intended to deliver compression and sensing over a minimal skin-contact area. The company said the monitoring is supported by a high-precision sensor and an adaptive measurement algorithm.
The company also said the watch supports 24-hour ABPM and that daytime intervals can be customised, with manual readings available. For nighttime monitoring, Huawei said the device performs automatic measurements designed to operate more quietly.
Pre- and post-exercise feature
Huawei said the watch includes a dedicated feature for pre- and post-exercise blood pressure measurements. The company noted that blood pressure responses during and after activity can vary, and it framed the feature as a way to make these checks more practical compared with non-wearable monitors.
Additional health features
Beyond blood pressure monitoring, Huawei said the WATCH D3 includes a Health Community feature that brings family members’ health data together in one place. The company also said the watch provides real-time alerts for abnormalities, intended to help users respond.
Design and comfort
Huawei said the WATCH D3 is designed to be comfortable for all-day wear and sleep. The company described the device as measuring 11.3 mm thick and weighing 40 g. Huawei also said its airbag strap is 25.5 mm wide and that the watch is available in Black, Gold, and Mocha Gold.
UAE pre-order details
Huawei stated that the HUAWEI WATCH D3 can be pre-ordered until 28 October 2026. The company said the price is AED 1,599, reduced from AED 1,799, and that the offer includes three months of HUAWEI Watch Face VIP membership and one year of a complimentary HUAWEI Care package.
According to the announcement, the complimentary package includes six protection benefits: one-time screen coverage, one-time battery coverage, one-time back cover coverage, and one-time liquid damage coverage within one year; one replacement for a lost charger within one year; and a one-time airbag replacement.
